  • How do I open a ticket? You can open a ticket anytime by sending an email to We are alerted on our phones and PCs when a new ticket is opened. You will be notified again when the ticket has any status changes. 
  • Are projects included in helpdesk? Customers utilizing our helpdesk package get a discounted rate for projects. IE: Server upgrades, Cloud migration, network build-outs, and any other onsite projects.
  • How do I see the work that has been completed? We use a ticketing software to track all issues reported and can provide a monthly report.
  • What is your average response time? The response time depends on the urgency of the issue, mission critical issues are our top priority and most helpdesk issues are resolved within the same business day.

Common Questions

  • What is VoIP? Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), is a technology that allows you to make voice calls using a broadband Internet connection instead of a regular (or analog) phone line.

  • Can I keep my existing phone number? Are there costs involved? Yes, you own your phone numbers and the porting process is included. If you have more phone numbers than the number of user extensions requested, we can include this at a minimal cost.

  • How long for implementation? The process usually takes (2-4) weeks depending on your current phone provider.

  • How are we billed? eCreek bills per user extension, whether you use our equipment or purchase your own. For example: A customer using (1) phone number with (5) physical phones (user extensions), would be billed for the (5) extensions per month.

  • Is there a contract or cancellation fee? No, there is no contract or any hidden fees. We bill month to month and you may cancel at any time.

  • Is there a setup fee? There is no setup fee for (5) extensions or more.

  • Do features cost more?  All of the VoIP features are included at no additional cost.

  • Is international calling included? Calls made to Mexico and Canada are included at no additional cost. Additional international rates can be provided by request.  

  • Do I purchase my phones or do you provide them?  We can provide you with our equipment or recommend purchasing the Grandstream GXP2130 V2 model. We support many VoIP models including Polycom, Cisco, Avaya, and Linksys. In many cases we can use your existing equipment.
